If your old remote has the following specs then this is the correct replacement case for you.  FCC ID: L2C0007T.  Part number on your remote: 10335582-88 or 9364556-4575.  2 Buttons - LOCK, UNLOCK.

 

To use, simply open your old remote and move the circuit board, battery, and battery contact from your old remote into the new replacement case.
