Description
Decade of Dependability: Our Evolution in Key Solutions
Over the past decade, we've been dedicated to providing OEM New Chrysler flipkeys, ordered by VIN, as the optimal solution for our clients. This process allowed customers to receive their new key fobs in just 2-3 weeks, with keys produced in Germany and traversing various Chrysler locations in the USA.
However, the landscape has shifted, and the reliability of Chrysler's key supply has become increasingly uncertain. The history of backorders, delays, and global supply chain issues from 2019 to 2023 highlights the challenges faced by customers relying solely on Chrysler for key replacements.
In response, we've launched our Keys by Mail service in July 2023, offering a more consistent and accessible solution. Our commitment to customer satisfaction and adaptability in the face of industry challenges makes us a dependable alternative to the unpredictable availability of Chrysler keys.
Previous Service Limitations:
- Extended Processing Time: The key's production in Germany and transit through Chrysler locations in the USA led to a processing time of about four weeks.
- Factory Backorder Challenges: Historical instances of factory backorders, lasting up to 36 months during peak times, impacted key availability.
- Documentation Requirements: Clear photos of the driver's license, vehicle registration, and exact mileage were mandatory for order processing.
- Address Matching Requirement: Shipping details had to precisely match license and registration information, risking order cancellation if not aligned.
- Lock Changes Complexity: Orders were discouraged if a locksmith had ever changed Crossfire locks, as the key blade wouldn't turn the locks or ignition.
- Cancellation Risk: Non-compliance with requirements posed a risk of order cancellation, prompting customers to contact local Chrysler Dealership Parts Counters.
- Limited Flexibility: The service had limited flexibility for variations in shipping and registration addresses, potentially excluding certain orders.
- Yearly Backorder Situations: Periodic factory backorders, occurring once or twice a year, led to delays.
Current Service Limitations:
- None Identified: As of now, there are no identified limitations. We have successfully navigated through complex situations and handled them effectively, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
New Service Process Overview:
- Order Placement: To get your new aftermarket switchblade remote flipkey, place an order on our website. Confirm your shipping details and contact information.
- Shipping Label: Upon order confirmation, you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label with insurance. Follow the instructions to pack and send us the SKREEM module. Consult a mechanic or use our DIY instructions.
- Key Creation: Upon receiving the SKREEM module, we'll cut a new flipkey blade and program the remote for keyless entry. Your package will be sent back with a tracking number and insurance for secure shipping.
- Reinstallation: After receiving the package, ask a mechanic or follow our instructions to reinstall the SKREEM module. Ensure synchronization for seamless key functionality.
- Finalization: Your key replacement process is complete. Enjoy the functionality of your new aftermarket switchblade remote flipkey.
Note: Alternatively, if your existing flipkey remote is fully operational—including turning locks, starting the car, and functional keyless buttons—you can skip sending the SKREEM module and send us your existing flipkey. We will copy it and send you back.
Additional Note: We can provide service even if your locks have changed and you lack the original SKREEM. Contact us before ordering for guidance tailored to your situation, ensuring a smooth key replacement process.
