I recently purchased an OEM refurbished key fob for my 2013 Volvo XC60. While the Volvo dealer was able to program the fob to start the car they could not program it to unlock it (they asked for a PIN which was not provided which they thought might have been the reason for the snag). The key must be inserted in the dashboard to work so kind of a pain and though I wouldn’t buy another fob from you since I ultimately had to buy one from Volvo directly, this will serve as an emergency backup.
