Key Programming Procedure :
1. You will need key cutting from a local licensed automotive locksmith. You can find one at: autolocksmithfinder.com. If you don?? have 2 keys that already work, the locksmith will need to program the vehicle to accept the transponder.
2. Insert the first programmed existing key into the ignition.
3. Turn the ignition to ON position for 3 seconds, return to the LOCK position and remove the key.
4. Within 5 seconds insert the second programmed existing key into the ignition.
5. Turn the ignition to ON position for 3 seconds, return to the LOCK position and remove the key.
6. Insert the new key before 10 seconds have elapsed, and turn it to ON for 3 seconds before starting the engine. If the engine does not start then repeat from step 1. For each new key repeat procedure from step 1. Up to 8 keys can exist.
Remote Programming Procedure :
1. Have key in hand. Close all doors.
2. Open driver?? door. Perform steps 3-7 within 24 seconds.
3. Insert key and turn ignition switch from ON to OFF position three times. Leave key in.
4. Close and open driver?? door three times. (End with it open.)
5. Door locks should lock and unlock automatically (if they do not wait, 40 seconds and repeat procedure starting at step 1.)
6. Press UNLOCK button TWICE on the keyless remote to be programmed, door locks should lock and unlock indicating the car learned that remote.
7. Remove Key. Door locks will cycle again.
8. Exit vehicle, close doors and test remote.
