Description
Remote For Chevrolet:
This remote currently has an FCC ID of ELVATLB but originally was made as ABOO216T. Currently the GM part number is 19299230. 10432147 and 10253839 are superceded numbers. It is interesting to note that 10253839 had a passive switch on it to turn GM's early style proximity system off when not in use. That was used from 1997-1999 Corvettes. GM discontinued that remote with the intention to use the 2000 Corvette remote as a replacement for 1997-2000.
Programming Procedure:
1. Turn the ignition to ON.
2. Make sure the radio to OFF.
