The original remotes were of poor quality and often didn't last long. We sell a replacement remote which looks different but works the same because we pre-code the remote to send the types of signals the original would. We test remotes on keyless entry signal testers to be sure it is working before we send it to you.
GM originally made this remote with FCC ID ABO0203T. The 3 button version of this remote has a GM part numbers of 10239766, 10286022, or 10274333, while the 2 button's part number was 10286021.
There were non-compatible remotes that look the same which have the FCC ID of ABO0503T and ABO0603T. If you have an existing remote, compare FCC ID's to choose the correct one.
