This particular Learn Routine is available to program any remote whose circuit board number is DT8B, DT8C, or RT4A, whether the remote keyfob's FCC ID is EZSDEI493C or EZSDEI467 or EZSDEI492, EZSDEI493 or something else, when used on these systems: Automate 2, Automate 3+, Automate 5+, Equalizer 2, Valet 710T, Hornet 718T, Hornet 719T, Python 650, Python 750, Sidewinder 5000, Sidewinder 6000, Wasp 718W, Viper 300+, Viper C 50, Viper 500+, Viper 500NX. In an effort to enter into the Programming Method, the system’s Valet/Programming button needs to be connected to the blue port.

Channel 1 is made for Arm, Disarm, and Panic. Channel 2 is made for Silent Mode or Remote Valet mode when the system was set up for it. Channel 3 is optional and only used if your system was wired for a 3rd channel.
1. Open the driver door.
2. Put key in ignition cylinder and turn towards the ON/RUN position.
3. Push the valet button One time, press once more and hold it until step Five. The system will chirp once.
4. Press button #1 on the remote. One chirp confirms channel has been learned.
5. Let go the valet button. Take out key to finish.
If your system uses channel 2:
1. Open the driver door.
2. Stick key in ignition cylinder and turn on the ON/RUN position.
3. Push the valet button TWICE, push again and hold it until step Five. The system will chirp once.
4. Press button #2 on the remote. 1 chirp confirms channel has been learned.
5. Release the valet button. Take out key to complete.

If your system uses channel 3:
1. Open up the driver door.
2. Put key in ignition and switch towards the ON/RUN position.
3. Press the valet button THREE TIMES, push once more and hold it until step 5. The system will chirp once.
4. Press both buttons together on the keyfob . One chirp confirms channel has been learned.
5. Let go of the valet button. Take out key in order to complete.
